Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bq999 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your bq999 account. All financial transactions on the bq999 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your bq999 account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• bq999 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bq999 accepts no liability.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, unless the bonus is forfeited by the player.

• A bet is accepted and binding only when confirmed by the bq999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal confirmations from support agents do not constitute bet acceptance.
• bq999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by manifest error in odds, data feed corruption, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Upon termination for breach, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
